Seasonal Housing
Eleven Mile and Spinney Mountain State Parks provide excellent accommodations for seasonal employees with a well furnished, on-site, two-story dormitory.  Rent is currently $10 per week plus $5.00 per week for utilities -- deducted automatically on a bi-weekly basis. A $50 damage/cleaning deposit may be required prior to moving in. Residents must furnish their own bedding, linens and kitchen utensils. Neither smoking nor pets are allowed inside state housing. The housing unit is inspected periodically throughout the season for cleanliness of common areas and damage. Any damage and/or cleaning fees will be deducted from the employee's deposit.  Housing Information.
