Boat Ramps - 5/15/2013 BOAT RAMP IS OPEN! Our ANS inspectors' hours are from 7am to 9pm daily. All boats require an inspection prior to launch. Violators will be ticketed. For further information, call the park office at 970-625-1607. Camping - 5/15/2013 All of our campsites are open! You can reserve your favorite campsites up to 6 months in advance ! Reservations can be made for the time period between May-October. Cell Phone Coverage - 5/15/2013 Spotty coverage. You may get a signal near the boat ramp or on the dam. Construction - 5/15/2013 Improvements are being made at Christo Day Use area and still closed. We are almost finished with the new restrooms building in Cedar Campground between sites 62 & 59. Fire Restrictions - 5/15/2013 Use permanent fire rings and NEVER leave a fire unattended ~ they must be extinguished before you leave! Your caution makes all the difference!!! NEVER collect firewood within the park!! This includes fallen timber. Fishing Report - 5/15/2013 Pike and perch are being caught near the dam as well as on the east end of the lake. Road Conditions - 5/15/2013 The roads throughout the park are open. Please adhere to the 10 mph speed limit in campgrounds and 20 mph speed limit on the remaining roads. Swimming Conditions - 5/15/2013 The Swim beach is closed for the season! We will see be open again around Memorial Day 2013. Water Levels - 5/15/2013 The water level is dropping! Lets hope we get some good rains and good runoff. Water Temperature - 5/15/2013 Arounf 58 degrees!
