Campers get a taste of the tropics when they arrive at Rifle Falls State Park. The greenery comes as a lush, gorgeous surprise to many visitors. A well-groomed hiking trail connects the triple waterfall to the campground. View the Rifle Falls Area Map for campsite and trail locations.

Rifle Falls has 13 drive-in RV/tent campsites and seven walk-in tent campsites located along Rifle Creek.

The drive-in RV/tent campsites include picnic tables, fire rings, 30 amp electrical outlets and increased handicapped access.  Shared water hydrants are located throughout the park. Campsites 2(ADA), 3, 11, 12, and 13 are back-in sites, and campsites 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 are pull through sites.

The campground is open year-round.

To make the most of the camping experience, campsites may be reserved in advance, especially on summer weekends and holidays when the park fills up quickly. Try weekday camping to beat the crowds.
