Fishing Report
-
5/20/2013 |
Fishing is starting to pick up on the reservoir and below the dam. Lake Hasty has provided a quick catch with stocked trout. The stilling basin and the Arkansas River below the dam have produced large catfish, saugeye, and striper. The reservoir has produced a few crappies using bright jigs along the rocky coves on the north and south shores near the dam. White bass and wiper are being caught by the dozens out of the reservoir with white twister tail grubs. Drum bluegill, carp, and walleye have also been caught in the reservoir, but with little frequency. Good Luck!
