Reservations are taken from March 1st through October 31st for up to six months in advance and three days prior. Camping reservations are available online or by calling 1-800-678-CAMP, or from Metro Denver 303- 470-1144. *If you decide to make a reservation, a non-refundable reservation fee of $10 will be added to the cost of camping.
The Fruita section offers a group camping facility that can accomodate up to 36 people. The cost is $120 per night plus a $10 non-refundable reservation fee. All vehicles using the group camping facility must also purchase a park pass. To reserve call the Fruita Section at 970-858-9188.
Island Acres and Fruita offer group picnic areas that can be reserved. The Red Rocks group picnic area at Fruita can accommodate up to 150 people and costs $90 for the day with an additional $10 non-refundable fee. Call the Fruita Section at 970-858-9188 to reserve.
Island Acres offers two group picnic areas. Wild Horse can accommodate up to 100 people and costs $60 with an additional $10 non-refundable fee. Grand River can accommodate up to 50 people and costs $30 with an additional $10 non-refundable fee. Call Island Acres at 970-464-0548 to reserve.
