Jackson Lake has 260 campsites, many are available year-round. Check the map to view campground locations. For individual campground maps, please click on campground links below. Some of the campgrounds begin to close after Labor Day based on visitation. Fees vary by site.

All campsites have electric hookups with the exception of Fox Hills Campground and tent sites #49-52 in Lakeside Campground and tent sites #79-#82 in Pelican Campground. All electric sites in Lakeside and Pelican Campgrounds have 20, 30 & 50-amp hookups. All electric sites in Cove, Sandpiper and Northview Campgrounds have 20 & 30-amp hookups.

Campsites may be reserved up to 72 hours prior to your arrival (Rule of Thumb: For Friday night arrival, reservations need to be made by Tuesday). Remember, you can now reserve your favorite campsites up to 6 months in advance! NOTE: Campsite markers in pictures may not be consistent with assigned numbers. This is due to renumbering of campsites. Numbers referenced with pictures are correct.

Camping Information:

  • Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Camping permits expire at noon.
  • Sites that are not renewed by noon, may be reassigned.
  • Campsites can be reserved for a $10 fee.
  • Maximum: 1 hardside unit plus 1 tent -or- 2 tents
  • Maximum: 6 people per campsite
  • A dump station is located on the west side of Jackson Lake. It is illegal and a health hazard to dump waste water and sewage, including dishwater, anywhere else.
  • The campers service building provides showers, toilets, laundry facilities and drinking water.
  • Only 3.2% alcohol permitted. Any 6% alcohol or hard liquor will be disposed of.
  • RESTRICTION: Upon arrival at your reserved site, there will be NO TRANSFERS to another site.

During the off-season (mid-September through March), the following campgrounds remain open: Pelican and Northview campgrounds (electric hookups) and Fox Hill campground (non-electric). Also during the off-season, the west gate entrance is staffed on weekends as staffing allows. Be prepared to deposit the exact change or personal checks in the self-serve brick wall located beyond the entrance station.
