This is an excellent warm-water fishery and offers trophy walleye fishing. There are over two dozen fish species recorded in the park including walleye, tiger muskie, northern pike, largemouth bass, wiper, crappie, yellow perch, bluegill, green sunfish, channel catfish, black bullhead and carp. The
Colorado Division of Wildlife
stocks the reservoir with rainbow trout, a coldwater species.
