Sylvan Lake State Park TrailsSylvan Lake hiking through the woods

The 1 1/2 mile loop around the lake shore is great for a summer walk or mountain bike ride.  Or a winter snowshoe.

New sections of the West Brush Creek Trail have been completed.  Hike 1 mile down stream of the campground to Antones Creek and Borah Gulch.  Or check out over
1 1/2 miles of trail heading upstream from the Meadows Day Use Area.  When complete the West Brush Creek Trail will link the Meadows Day Use Area to the campground and lake with 5 miles of trail through seldom explored areas of the Park.

Popular trails on the surrounding White River National Forest: Sneve Gulch, McKenzie Gulch, Nolan Lake, Lake Charles and Ironedge are all good options.

Maps and information are available at the Sylvan Lake Visitor Center.
