Columbine Meeting Room

Surrounded by Golden Gate Canyon State Park and an easy commute from the Denver Metro area, the Columbine Meeting Room located at the park’s visitor center is perfect for small group meetings, classes or conferences in a beautiful setting.

Fees:  $100 per day + $10 reservation fee

Capacity:  Up to 24 people.

Times:  Available during Visitor Center operating hours.

Parking:  Up to 12 vehicles.  Carpooling is recommended. $7 entrance fee per vehicle

Facilities:  A sink, microwave, large coffee pots (coffee not provided)  and an outdoor picnic area and charcoal grill are available for your use.  Special arrangements can be made for audio/video equipment in advance. Alcohol is not permitted.

Refunds/Cancellations:   Cancellation fee shall be equal to 25% of the base fee if the cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to reserve date.  If the cancellation is made within 14 days of the reserved date then the cancellation fee shall be 100% of the base fee.
